Elissa Fitzmartin has over a decade of experience representing injured victims of negligence. She has successfully recovered millions of dollars for her deserving clients. Elissa has handled personal injury cases throughout Florida, as well as in Georgia, California, Maryland, and South Dakota.
She began her career representing those accused of serious crimes. She gained extensive courtroom and trial advocacy skills. More about Elissa Fitzmartin
Elissa was born and raised in Connecticut. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park, where she was a Dean’s List recipient and member of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. She graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a merit scholarship recipient, Dean’s List recipient, and member of law review, moot court, and the federal appellate clinic.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, weight lifting, playing softball, and trying new restaurants throughout South Florida.
