Aaron Warner is a South Florida personal injury attorney and founding partner of Warner & Fitzmartin, based in Lake Worth, Florida. He grew up in Boca Raton, went to school here, built his career here — and the people he represents are his neighbors. 

His path to personal injury law wasn’t exactly planned. It started at a restaurant across the street from a courthouse during a high profile, media-covered trial in Orlando, FL — close enough to watch, close enough to talk to the judge and attorneys who walked in every day, and close enough to realize the courthouse is where he wanted to be. A bachelor’s in legal studies at the University of Central Florida came first, then a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. He completed law school in 2014, came straight back to Palm Beach County, and has been here ever since.

Early in his career, Aaron briefly worked representing insurance companies in personal injury cases. He saw firsthand how carriers evaluate claims, what they look for, and where they push back. He’s also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida — so when a case needs to go federal court, he’s ready and willing.
