Scholarship Applications Are Open

Aaron and Elissa believe in giving back to the community through pro bono work, volunteering, and now, helping younger legal minds achieve their dreams. Our Voices in Need scholarship provides educational opportunities for tomorrow’s legal professionals. The scholarship, in the amount of $1,000, will be awarded to a deserving post-secondary, law school, or graduate school student pursuing a career in justice, law, or social advocacy. The scholarship will help pay for tuition, fees, and textbooks for the recipient’s studies.

The firm is currently accepting applications from students enrolled in an accredited college or university. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 and submit a 1,000-word essay. The ideal scholarship applicant demonstrates leadership abilities, is engaged in their community, and shows a passion for giving back to others. We also look for candidates of the highest ethical standards.

Eligibility

Eligibility guidelines for the Warner & Fitzmartin – Personal Injury Lawyers Voices In Need Scholarship are as follows:

  • Open to students currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, graduate, or professional program in the United States
  • Eligible applicants include community college students, high school seniors, and individuals with a GED who have been accepted to or enrolled in an accredited program
  • Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to helping others in their essay and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

Essay Questions

Submit an essay of 1,000 words or fewer addressing:

  • How has helping others changed your perspective on success?
  • What long-term impact do you hope to make in your community or field?
  • What challenges have you faced while trying to help others, and how did you overcome them?
